@arpitrage @TRamadorai @lyft YES. I’ve been surprised that even though Lyuber will let you pre-book a ride, they leave you fully exposed to fare risk (and won’t give you a <15 minute pickup window). My elasticity of demand for A RIDE is low. But I will cross-shop Uber vs. Lyft. cc: @johnjhorton
