@otis_reid @jenniferdoleac I think (hope?) there is power not only in specific accusations but also in appropriately disseminating/documenting secondhand knowledge that someone is a threat. This can help even in situations where “people knew.” Of course if “everyone knew,” we’re in MUCH bigger trouble.
