@gelbach @Andrew___Baker @MattZeitlin @martincschmalz 2/2 E.g., may be no way for a monopolist to dissuade a pure-play potential entrant, but common owner might prevent entry as in “Killer Aquisitions” by @florianederer @ProfSongMa @cunningham_lbs. Think of this as allowing transfers/Coasian bargaining through comm own’s portfolio?
