@zwinst @arpitrage @Andrew___Baker What’s your sense of the extent to which commercial RE had a pre-crisis bubble relative to residential? I don’t know the data, but given that commercial tenants profit max in (somewhat) competitive markets, it’s easy to imagine there was more to discipline values to fundamentals.
