@ShellyJLundberg Sounds right to me that today’s romanticized “mom cooked dinner every night” is probably of a 1950s/60s (with fewer servants) rather than of earlier decades (with more). That this was skewed by race (white) and class (middle- to upper-) seems very likely. cc: @SinikkaElliott
