@pazzobooks I see a few for sale here in AZ, but noticed our local Sprouts supermarket is now stocking frozen. Tried a bag for the first time this morning—great in a smoothie— but I’m used to the white flesh. That got me looking at wikipedia and then “What? It’s American? From a cactus?”
