  1. Bittersweet to say goodbye, but I’m shipping off my Kindle. It’s served me well for nine years and several hundred books, but Amazon offered $55 (!) as a trade-in against a new, discounted Kindle Oasis and I’m so excited for a big screen and backlighting! amzn.to/2MHDei8

      Three recommendions (free/meium) for Kindling like a champ: 1. @instapaper maintains a queue of articles to read later 2. @Readwiseio offers searchable backup of your Kindle highlights and can send you a nice digest email of them 3. @meetlibby manages public library holds/loans
