      @itsafronomics @causalinf @Marietmora @gbenga_ajilore Definitely suggest close consultation with a mentor on this. One way I could imagine this working (not that I’ve seen it) would be to pitch idea of *preparing* the discussion closely together with a senior mentor and then you as student actually delivering the presentation.

    @itsafronomics @causalinf @Marietmora @gbenga_ajilore Key would be to get real, public, enthusiastic buy-in in advance from author, organizer/session chair, and mentor. Because even if you do a great job, this is outside the norm and you may want to overcome risk that someone feels someone else got slighted. @lukestein/1064560873383981056
