    @AnthonyLeeZhang @SBenzell @arpitrage BTW, seems like Zillow has changed language describing goal of Zestimate: no longer “an estimate of the price that a home would fetch if sold in a full-value, arms-length sale” Now an “estimate of a home's market value.” Though also some language that sounds like price prediction
