@apo_filippas @Uber Presumably Uber could detect propensity to cheating on sending these messages (on both sides, though more easily for drivers since rides/driver ≫ rides/rider). OTOH, Uber is itself doing the analogous thing by often making overoptimistic driver arrival time promises.
