  1. I have a strong sense that referee service is inefficiently concentrated. I DO know editors are very thoughtful in sending requests. But also REGULARLY talk about refereeing with good juniors who get only a few requests per year and wouldn’t mind more (from good journals). Ideas? @EmilyNix100/1169287098584559616
