@LeChenarides I’ve done both (as function of department’s needs) and found I was basically indifferent. Once I’m on a schedule, I’d want to stick with it, though. Transitioning spring → fall would be OK given summer, but transitioning spring → fall likely harder 🤷🏻‍♂️?
