  1. An accounting identity: Seminar demand = seminar supply. My department has 17 T/TT faculty (roughly ⅓ each AP/Assoc/Full). We have 18 non-JM seminars scheduled this year. Assuming we’re ~typical (🤷🏻‍♂️), the mean professor gives ~1 seminar per year.■ @grant_mcdermott/1185242525537226752
