I think @Vanguard_Group is great, with a powerful brand built around low-cost index funds. While they obviously run (higher-cost) active funds, marketing them as “Core Stock Funds” seems off to me. If you want a core international holding, consider $VTIAX at ⅓ the expense ratio.
