@graykimbrough @paulgp All to-dos (personal and professional) go in the @culturedcode Things inbox, either typed in, or I export emails that require action (e.g., recommendation requests). Then I triage the inbox, assigning projects, due dates, and—CRITICALLY—start dates. cc: @DanielDodell 1/3

@graykimbrough @paulgp @culturedcode @DanielDodell Key for me—I think the reason it’s stuck better than other todo apps—is the start date. I set lots of start dates in the future and then postpone them so it keeps my “today” list manageable. I also use “this evening” for lower-priority tasks I still hope to do today. 2/3

@graykimbrough @paulgp @culturedcode @DanielDodell Also, I have a project called “online inboxes” set to repeat daily. I try to go through each of my “inboxes” (emails, RSS, Twitter, etc.) thoroughly once per day—not more—so I check each one off when it’s done. 3/3
