    @tomshohfi I think (partially) unblinding the review process *could* be a good idea for a variety of reasons. I disagree STRONGLY that it (or anything) is a “simple solution” to problems of prestige-based power dynamics, and that “no one with the power to fix [problems] actully wants to.”

      @tomshohfi And since this is a public forum: Folks, understand that Tom and I know each other some offline, and that I like and respect Tom. I fear that continued public back-and-forth on this right now won’t be productive. Happy to DM/chat, or feel free to just have the last word.
