@chingos Not in any way trying to minimize Econ’s problems, but could you give a sense of the raw numbers? If MIT now graduates ~4 “general econ” primary majors per year registrar.mit.edu/stats-reports/majors-count going years without a BW (when they’re ~2% of all students—the real issue!) is… unsurprising.
