    @paulgp Layman’s guess: ESPN could be successful in getting a lot of psports fans interested in esports now (and monetize short-term), but if even a small fraction of those fans substitute some long-term psports consumption → esports, it will be a net negative for ESPN.

        @paulgp @joshgans Now that all restaurants all have to do drive-through, I bet McDonalds has the supply chain and volume to make a kick-ass, gourmet $10 burger that might be short-term positive but long-term negative.
