            Obviously a long line of people there when they opened. When you reach the front of the line, they allow you to scan a QR code on your phone to check in. You have to show up in person and wait in line to scan this code. This takes you to a website where you enter your… 2/

          …contact info, and then leave. They will then contact you when ready to collect your sample. Estimate was 3 hour wait. No indication how long you have to show up after they contact you, or how long the wait is then. 3/

      PCR or antigen testing *should* be covered by our health insurance, but we pay up front and then have to file ourselves for reimbursement. I fear there may be a fax machine in my future. 5/ carewellurgentcare.com/covid-19-response-at-carewell/

    Progress: I just took cellphone photographs of the front and back of my credit card, drivers license, and insurance card; transferred to laptop, uploaded, retyped a bunch of numbers that website attempted to OCR from them; and entered (among other things)… 6/
