@justinthetechie @tedsvo Use cases for virtual cameras (off the top of my head): Virtual whiteboards that still allow instructor video to be a “first-class citizen” rather than get shrunk way down (since screensharing dominates the UI) 1/ @ShengwuLi/1300529367827841032

@justinthetechie @tedsvo Discussions with remote guests that allow students to participate but ensure both the host video and the guest video are simultaneously emphasized in the UI. 2/

@justinthetechie @tedsvo Quick switching back and forth from instructor-focused visual to instructor+slide-focus. (I rely on slides in the classroom, but only need students focused on them ~20% of the time; otherwise want them focused on ME. But turning screen share off and on totally resets UI layout) 5 @JonathanColmer/1294726635040759810

@justinthetechie @tedsvo I have lots more thoughts. Happy to chat briefly some time if you think it would be useful. I’m deep in the Webex ecosystem but also use complementary and competitor products. 6/

@justinthetechie @tedsvo Or if you prefer, happy to talk about paid advisory or consulting. I need to cut back on the huge amount of time (uncompensated, and with dubious professional reward) I spend helping professors hack together workflows for software that our schools spend good money on. 7/7 @nandinigupta201/1300856217083031552
