    @EmilyNix100 Students choose programs largely for the other students (affects experience during and after the MBA) and group learning tends to be important. So anything that lets you speak to your candidate as a leader, teammate, coach… basically positive externalities on their classmates.

      @EmilyNix100 Also, MBA programs want students who will STAY connected to the school after graduating. If you have students who’ve stayed genuinely connected with you/USC while working after graduation (ie not just popping back to ask for a ref letter), say so; that will be a good sign.
