    @ShengwuLi @ben_golub I find a $20 bill on the sidewalk I find a wallet on the sidewalk (distinctive to its owner, but no ID) I find a wallet with ID but don’t try to contact the owner I surreptitiously slit someone’s pocket so his wallet falls out I demand his wallet at knifepoint
