@stevehouf @SHamiltonian I think Ham means there’s a tradeoff *along the frontier.* Of course you can always come up with a needlessly complex policy; the tradeoff is only that if you’re ASimpleAP for a given efficiency (defined a specific econy way) and want to get more efficient, you must more complex.
