      Real talk: I’m pretty graceless as a dancer. There’s a serious pedagogical plan here: I mention day 1 I’m going to dance once during the semester, and use this on day 2 to (a) teach a particular point kinesthetically and (b) set classroom norms about how it’s OK to look silly… @dbergstresser/1414281482160443392

    …in class. A real challenge in an MBA core is the mix of folks who know A LOT and folks VERY INTIMIDATED about looking silly in front of new classmates. If I can dance doofy maybe you poets can speculate about the pros and cons of dual-class shares in front of a former I banker.
