    @DSchindlerEcon Do it! I’ve fairly recently done this myself and am pulling together some fave resources—for my students—here lukestein-classes.github.io/fdap/#python ; would recommend @arthurturrell’s CfE (linked on my page) to start. (Also 😉 “of course” not everyone has budgets to hire RAs)

      @DSchindlerEcon @arthurturrell Also, this isn’t my first Python rodeo. CfE has an “applied micro”-style bias I was looking for, but the first time I “learned” Python was to do grad macro problem sets without matlab, and I used @john_stachurski’s great book. Now I’d probably look to his @QuantEcon project. @lukestein/1165264535046905857
