        @pierre_azoulay @johnjhorton Finance market has a kind of two-tier structure with the “lower” market operating a few months earlier (FMA) than the “higher” market (AFA/ASSA). I think lower-ranked schools might sometimes like the ability to preemptively hire (risk-averse?) candidates in the early market… 1/2

      @pierre_azoulay @johnjhorton …but sometimes don’t like that they need to decide on (good!) FMA candidates before seeing AFA pool. Candidates too probably have mixed feelings. All-in-all I suspect both coordination and “unraveling” have heterogeneous and complex winners/losers on both buy and sell sides. 2/2
