@toniwhited I was sometimes in the ER waiting room and sometimes in a chair in the lobby. Everyone was super friendly and helpful but totally overwhelmed. Almost as if an EYE and ear specialty hospital might be highly exposed to the supply shock from a big annual ophthalmology conference. 🤔
