      …with great survey evidence asking non-applicants *why* they didn’t apply! This and heterogeneous effects suggest that BOF may have faced higher administrative burdens. (Also, bank relationships may have helped mitigate these burdens, but BOF have fewer.) @lukestein/1227078512625848322
